Cross Country

DESCRIPTION: This is a team sport that allows for individuals to compete with themselves. Endurance & self-discipline are a must. It is terrific for students who simply like to “run the distance” and get involved early in the school year and who want to condition themselves for winter sports.

Season Dates: September - October

Grade: 6-7-8

Coach:  Mrs. Hart

Practice Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Restrictions: None

Experience Required: None

Expenses: Good pair of running shoes

Sign-Ups/Tryout Dates: First week of school.  Listen to morning announcements for additional sign-up information. 

Transportation: After school bus provided and parent pick-ups
